Excerpts from the November 25th edition:

Kindergarten:  “…Our theme for the past two weeks has been black!  Last week we put black dirt into pots and put 3 bulbs in each pot. What will grow????  The students very much enjoyed the tactile feel of the black dirt...”

1^st Grade:  “…We have had lots of fun with our monkey theme. For our final book in our monkey theme—we read “Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed.” This is a very funny and predictable book—with a twist! It does have a very unpredictable ending. In addition to enjoying the story, we also used little puppets of the characters and acted out parts of the story…”
