The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division (DHHSD), a division in the Minnesota Department of Human Services is here to help. American Sign Language Browser American Sign Language Browser is Michigan State University's ASL Browser web site, an online American Sign Language (ASL) browser where you can look up video for thousands of ASL signs.

PACER Center

Parents can find publications, workshops, and other resources to help make decisions about education, vocational training, employment, and other services for their children with disabilities.
